These Terms of Use (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and Elvinx Technologies Pte. Ltd. (“Elvinx”). By accessing or using elvinx.net or any related service (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Eligibility & accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
Use of the marketplace
- Agents are provided to help you accomplish objectives; you remain responsible for reviewing and validating their outputs.
- You agree not to misuse the Service, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access it through unauthorized means.
- You will only connect integrations and data you are authorized to use, and you will comply with all applicable laws.
Acceptable use
You may not use the Service to generate unlawful, harmful, deceptive or infringing content, to violate the rights of others, or to build a competing marketplace by scraping or replicating our platform.
Fees & billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis according to the plan you select. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable notice.
Intellectual property
Elvinx and its licensors retain all rights in the Service, including software, models and branding. You retain ownership of the content and data you provide, and grant Elvinx a limited license to process it to operate the Service.
Third-party agents & services
The marketplace includes agents and integrations provided by third parties. Your use of those may be subject to additional terms, and Elvinx is not responsible for third-party conduct beyond our reasonable control.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. AI agents are non-deterministic and may produce inaccurate or unexpected results. You should not rely on outputs without appropriate human review.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Elvinx will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data or goodwill arising from your use of the Service.
Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or to protect the Service and its users.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
